*Due to current regulations in light of Brexit, the following additional charges will apply to all deliveries made to the Republic of Ireland:
- 5% handling fee.
- £80 import/export fee per consignment.
A 7.5% handling fee will apply to all deliveries made to Northern Ireland.
For delivery to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Europe and Rest of World, please contact us for a delivery quote.
We may be able to arrange guaranteed Next Day delivery for some items. Please call us on 01664 898490 before placing your order so we can check stock availability and confirm any additional charges applicable.
In the event of an order being returned to The Satchville Gift Company as a result of the carrier being unable to deliver, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery and confirm any additional charges applicable. If you decide to cancel your order, the initial delivery charge will be deducted from the total value of your refund.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please email us within 3 days of receipt, including your order number and a brief description of the item(s) at fault, together with supporting photos. We will process a refund for the relevant item(s) within 30 days.
If you have changed your mind about any item(s) ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return. We will process any refund due within 30 days, subject to the goods being returned in an unused and resaleable condition. Please note that any initial delivery charge is non-refundable, and any further costs incurred through shipping the item back to us will not be reimbursed. We recommend using an insured and tracked delivery service, as we will not accept responsibility for any goods lost or damaged during the return process. A £10 admin charge will also be deducted from the total value of your refund.
